Strangest Accomplishment: Taught Yoga Nidra in a yurt… during a thunderstorm… while a goat tried to join Savasana.

Other Fun Facts: I love getting lost in the mountains with my huskies—sometimes a little too much! I’ve had Search and Rescue called on me once after getting lost for 26 miles. Another time, an icy slip on Mount Islip (ironically) left me needing a helicopter rescue. My adventures may not always go as planned, but they’re never boring!

New York is my forever home — even though I’ve been in LA for 4 years I will always identify as a New Yorker.
