Questions

Which locations have Pilates?

Both of them! You'll find Pilates at our Tampa and Los Angeles campuses.

What should I wear to Pilates?

Comfortable athletic wear and grip socks. You'll be barefoot on a mat in a heated room.

Why would I want to work out in a heated studio?

So many reasons! The heat allows for detoxification through sweat, opens up tight areas of the body, and promotes circulatory health. Studies have also shown your body works harder to cool itself when your skin heats up, so you burn more calories too. Plus... don't you WANT to be hot stuff?

Are mats provided for Pilates class?

Yes, mats are laid out and ready. Just bring a mat towel.
