Sun’s out, guns out. This strength endurance class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX to keep your bi’s, tri’s and shoulders feeling the burn for days. Through a series of heavy lifting blocks using our turf and treads, campers explore how to be the ultimate arm candy.
